How Much Amount of Vitamin C Should I Take?

Vitamin C is not known to be toxic. This means you will not get vitamin C poisoning. But, depending on the amount of vitamin C you take, "How much vitamin C should you take?" You may have different answers. Question. Although there are two basic mechanisms to help determine your body's need for vitamin C, far from perfect, this mechanism is a great way to determine how much vitamin C you should take. 

Intestinal tolerance tests show how much vitamin C to take 

People who have taken high doses of traditional vitamin C often experience watery diarrhea called C-flush. This condition also occurs when large amounts of vitamin C are not absorbed in the small intestine. Unsaved vitamin C reaches the large intestine where it draws water into the intestines. At the point of intestinal tolerance, water causes diarrhea naturally. 

This is not a negative side effect. This is because vitamin C cannot handle the amount of water entering the large intestine. The vitamin C diet that triggers C-flush is known as the "intestinal tolerance" diet. 

Daily Intake of Intestinal Intake for Determining Your Current Need for Vitamin C It can be painful and annoying, but a good strategy involves the occasional use of this type of vitamin C supplement. Once a month, or even once a week, take doses of vitamin C powder dissolved in water until the onset of diarrhea. At this point, you can set a baseline diet, and a healthy bowel will benefit. 

Please note: Since liposome formation has high absorption, it will not cause diarrhea, so liposomal vitamin C is not suitable for this test. 

The results can set the right amount of vitamin C for you 

When you set the baseline requirement, later days may include additional liposomal formulations and sodium scrubbing powder or any type of installation. Because liposome-encapsulated vitamin C - such as our liposarcoma vitamin C - has higher absorption than other oral forms, especially as the dose increases in size, the following alternative schedules provide approximate values. 

  • 1,000 mg liposomal = 3,000–4,000 mg.
  • 2,000 mg liposomal = 8,000–10,000 mg. 
  • 3,000 mg liposomal = 12,000–18,000 mg.  

Keep in mind that the presence of a toxic or pathogenic challenge often increases intestinal tolerance to vitamin C, often in proportion to the severity of the challenge. In fact, Robert Keith Cart, MD, noted that with some patients, bowel tolerance often increases to 75–100 grams per day. 

The total daily dose should be at least as much as is determined by the tolerance of the last intestine. The extra amount often increases the benefits. 

Numerous forms of vitamin C will attract C-flush 

The ascorbic acid powder is the least expensive form of vitamin C - because it is an acid, it is more likely to cause digestive pressure. 

Sodium ascorbate powder is safe and easy to use - preferred over all other non-liposomal forms.

Escorbable palmitic is a fat-soluble form of vitamin C, which is characterized by a different absorption. 

Bioflavonoids are good antioxidant nutrients. although they may help improve the body's antioxidant capacity to vitamin C, they are not necessary for a C-flush experience. 

Calcium asbestos can slightly improve absorption, but too much can introduce too much calcium into the body. 

Mineral forms - chromium ascorbate, magnesium ascorbate, manganese ascorbate, molybdenum ascorbate, potassium ascorbate, and zinc ascorbate - present a problem because the minerals associated with it are toxic to you when used in high doses. I want to arrive with vitamin C supplementation. Avoid them except in small doses. 

Tablets and capsules often contain nutrient-rich fillers and ingredients that can increase costs and negatively affect absorption. Also, liquid and lean formulas may contain sugar. Avoid them if possible.

Another way to determine the maximum dose is by simply checking the physical signals. When you "don't feel right at all", there is usually an increase in the dose. If you get a sense of well-being and the extra vitamin C doesn't improve, the body's needs are met the most.
